The VOLT project presented at the 18th International Clay Conference in Dublin
The VOLT project was presented at the 18th International Clay Conference, held in Dublin from July 13 to 18. Maria Pia Riccardi, Serena C. Tarantino, and Giacomo Zatti from the University of Pavia illustrated the project's activities, contributing to the international scientific debate on clay materials.
The VOLT project presented at ISIEA 2025: focus on emissions and supply chains
The VOLT project was presented at the 4th International Symposium on Industrial Engineering and Automation (ISIEA 2025) at the Free University of Bolzano. The UNIBS team illustrated the activities of emissions analysis along the supply chain, with a focus on the GHG Protocol and Scope 3 emissions, strengthening the international scientific debate on the project's topics.
VOLT Project: official launch of activities and kick-off meeting with partners
The VOLT project officially began on January 8, 2024, following the conclusion of the evaluation process by CNR-ISSMC and UniCredit Banca. On April 17, 2024, a kick-off meeting was held with all partners, during which the Management Committee was established, monitoring tools were presented, and procedures for launching activities for each Implementation Objective were defined.
Innovation Agreement signed: phase for granting subsidies launched
On December 6, 2023, the partners signed the Innovation Agreement with the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, as required by the Call for Proposals (Ministerial Decree 31/12/2021). After uploading the pre-decree documentation, on March 14, 2024, the MIMIT issued the Decree Granting Subsidies, formalizing the allocation of the contributions.
VOLT Project: first inspection carried out for preliminary assessment
On Friday, May 12, 2023, the first inspection visit for the preliminary evaluation of the VOLT project took place virtually. The Technical Scientific Expert from CNR-IOM and the Managing Entity UniCredit Banca discussed the technical and administrative aspects with the Management Committee, providing useful guidance for additions and adjustments to the project.
Innovation Agreements: application for subsidies submitted to the Ministry
On May 11, 2022, an application for funding under the Innovation Agreements was submitted to the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy. The instrument supports investments in industrial research and development aimed at new products, processes, or services. The application includes a technical data sheet, a development plan, and a Partnership Agreement between the parties involved.
